The double bicycle bag from Basil Urban Load is water-resistant. This double bag Urban Load is made of high quality coated water-resistant tarpaulin with polyester. Both compartments have a water-resistant folding closure. You fix the flaps with adjustable snap fasteners on the front of both bags.
