All products purchased from Bicyclecomfort carry the normal manufacturer’s or supplier’s guarantee. Please consult the conditions in the product leaflet. If you want to make use of the guarantee scheme because your product is defective and you have a guarantee claim, please send us a photo of the product in question first. Include your order number and a description of why you want to make use of the guarantee. You can send this information to service@fietscomfort.nl. If so, we will contact you on working days between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm and, if there is a valid reason, we will consult with the factory/supplier. Should the manufacturer not want to grant the guarantee for whatever reason, Bicyclecomfort will handle your request.
If the complaint is justified and the product is not older than 3 months, the shipping costs will be borne by Fietscomfort. Obviously this does not apply if you personally deliver the product to us. In consultation with the manufacturer/supplier, Bicyclecomfort determines whether your complaint qualifies for guarantee and how we resolve it with you. The product may then be replaced, or if possible, a repair will be carried out. Any costs that might result from this, due to the faulty product, are not eligible for reimbursement(s).
