Before placing an order with us, you must agree to our terms and conditions. Only when you have completed an order with a payment is there a contract and your order will be packed and sent.

At Bicyclecomfort you can pay in various ways. We have engaged a payment specialist to handle your payments safely and securely. You can pay by:

–         iDeal

The online payment system in the Netherlands supported by all major banks. A well-known, safe and trusted way of paying for your purchases at Fietscomfort.

–          Transfer

If you place an order and choose bank transfer, we will not process the order until you have transferred the money. With this method of payment, you have complete control over the payment and you pay via your own bank. Always state your order number when using this payment method. Processing may take up to 5 days. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order.

–          Credit card (eMaestro, visa and mastercard)

You can also make a payment via credit card. In a secure environment of our payment provider ‘Buckaroo’, your data are always safe. Via Buckaroo, you will always see the payment screen of your own bank on your screen. Safety guaranteed.

–          Paypal

Paypal allows you to make a payment directly with your own paypal account. Paypal is known for protecting consumers and operates in more than 190 countries. In cooperation with Buckaroo payment provider of Fietscomfort) we support the following currencies; EURO, USD, AUD and GBP. You can link your credit card to your paypal account or your bank account. You can also deposit an amount to your paypal account. Please note! If you want to pay via Paypal, a surcharge applies. This is imposed on us by Paypal.

–          Sofortbanking (international)

Sofortbanking (formerly DirectEbanking) is a simple and direct payment method used internationally. With sofortbanking, you can easily pay for your order by means of a bank transfer via your online banking system. Sofortbanking is similar to an online bank transfer and, although the usual receipt period for bank transfers also applies here, confirmation that the transfer has been initiated by your bank can be given immediately.

–          Banconctact / mr. Cash (internationaal)

Since 2006, it has been possible for Belgian consumers to make online payments with Mister Cash. A payment with Mister Cash is very easy. On the payment page, you select Mister Cash as your payment method. A secure connection is then made and you can select your own bank. After this, it enters its familiar online banking environment and you can log in. In the subsequent screen, you can then complete your payment.
