Returning/exchanging in case of damage

It can occur that you want to return your ordered product, when for example, the package or the product has been received in a damaged condition. In this case you’ll have 14 working days after receipt to register a return and to send it back. After our assessment, you must send the product back in its original packaging.

How does it work?

Contact us via e-mail or phone, describing to us your case preferable accompanied by photos and inform us about your order number and product, that you wish to return. In case of damaged goods, the returning costs are for our account and you will receive a return label via e-mail. You can print out the return label and attach it to the package. The return label is valid for 30 days. You must give it to a collection point within this time period which is of course without any extra costs. 

Of course you do not want to take any risks when it comes to sending a product back. That's why we work with some of the most reliable partners which means that you can return a product back easily and safely.

As soon as we have received the product back, the money will be transferred back to your account within max. 30 working days.


Returning/exchanging in case of wrongly ordered product

If you have ordered a product at Bicyclecomfort, but you come to realise lateron that a.o. the product has not the right size, or that you would prefer it in a different colour, then you can return the product within 14 working days after receipt. The costs for returning the product back to us are for your account.

For returning products, you must at all times first contact us. For a quick process, this should take place in sending us an e-mail. In your e-mail, give us please the description of the product, the order number, your name, your address and the bank account number you used to pay for this product.

We shall endeavour to find a satisfying solution. If you want to exchange a product, then send us the product back with 14 working days after receipt of the purchase. The returning costs are for your account. The product must still be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

As soon as we have received the product back, the money will be transferred back to your account within max. 30 working days. In case of exchanging the product, we will send you the correct article as soon as we have received it back.

Note! All products that you wish to exchange must be in perfect and new condition. Already assembled or used products can no longer be returned.
