Before you place an order you must agree to our terms and conditions. Only when an order is complete and you have payed is there an agreement and your order will be packaged and sent to you.

At Biycyclecomfort you can pay in various ways. To ensure safe and secure payments we have hired a specialist to handle all of the payments. At Biycyclecomfort you can pay via:

-          iDeal (The Netherlands)

The online payment system in the Netherlands that is supported by all big banks in the country. A well-known, safe and secure way of payment which allows you to check out easily at Bicyclecomfort.

-          Transfer

If you place an order and choose to make a transfer, then we will only process your order once the payment has been made. With this method of payment, it is totally in your hands and you can pay via your own bank. With this type of payment please always state the order number.

-          Credit card (eMaestro, visa and mastercard)

You can also pay via your credit card. With our payment service 'Buckaroo' we can ensure that your details will always be safe. Via Buckaroo your payment screen from your bank will also appear. Safety is guarenteed.

-          Paypal

With Paypal you can make a payment via your own paypal account. Paypal is known for protecting its customers and is running in over 190 countries. In conjunction with Buckaroo (payment provider of Bicyclecomfort) we support the following currencies: EURO, USD, AUD, AUD en de GBP. You can link your creditcard or your bank account to your paypal account. Also, you can transfer money directly into your paypal account. Note! If you want to pay via Paypal then there is an extra fee which is imposed on us by Paypal.

-          Sofortbanking (international)

sofortbanking (known before as  DirectEbanking) is a simple and direct method of payment that is used internationally. With sofortbanking you can pay your order easily with a tranfer through your online bank system.  Sofortbanking is comparable to a transfare and though the time limit for the transfer is the same, with this method the bank can directly confirm that the transfer has been made.

-          Giropay (Germany)

               Giropay is the German version of iDEAL, which is developed by a handful of bank groups that cover up to roughly 80% of the German market. Just like iDEAL, the payments that you have made, cannot be reversed by yourself, the payment is made through your own bank which ensures that it is a simple and safe method of payment.

-          Banconctact / Mr. Cash (internationaal)

Since 2006, it has been possible for Belgian customers to be able to pay online with Mister Cash. Paying with Mister Cash is very simple.  On the payment page you simply select the payment method Mister Cash. After that, you will safely be connected to your own bank and you can log in. In the next screen you will be able to confirm your payment.
